Blue Lifestyle ltd Is always committed to meet customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with our products you can easily Exchange by maintaining the following rules.

1. All exchange will depend on the stock availability.

2. You can exchange the product only once.

3. Exchange is possible in every purchase within 07 days from the delivery date.

4. Once the product is sold, refund or without quality issue return is not possible.

5. For Cash on delivery: After receiving the product, our delivery team will wait for 10 minutes to let you try on the product. If you have any issue with the product you can contact our Customer Service Department and return the product instantly. After the delivery man comes from your area we can not provide instant solution to return that parcel. [Note: Non-quality issues are not accepted for return.

6. For out of Dhaka: after receiving the product you have to inform us as soon as possible and you will courier the product to us with your own charge. After changing the product we will send it back to you without taking any charge.

7. Exchange must be made in the same amount of the exchanged product value or more than the value. Lower value product is not exchangeable with the product that the customers have purchased. Customer can add some other products to adjust the amount.

8. The Product must be In Unused and Original Condition. Include everything from the Package You’ve Received Including Price Tags, Labels, Original Packing, and Accessories.

9. We Will Conduct A Quality Check of The Item. If Exchange Is Invalid Then We Will let you know And Send the same item back to you.

10. Discounted/special offer item’s only size can be exchanged on certain situation.

11. When you exchange the product you have to fill up an exchange form. This form you will get from our customer service team.
